I think that after being criticised for her pale look while shopping off duty in Chelsea, on the very next week on 15th December 2015 for her visit of the Anna Freud Centre Kate brightened up her look by scarlet Alexander McQueen dress she previously wore in February 2014 and the Diamond Jubilee in 2012.
Of course this dress gave her lively and fresh look, giving some blush on her cheeks and in general healthier look.
